Previously, I was an AI Scientist at Absci, where I worked on de novo design of antibody binders. Before that, I was a post-doctoral researcher at the Bitbol Lab, EPFL, Switzerland. There, I dabbled in protein language models and their applications to protein-protein interactions and multimer structure prediction, de novo protein sequence generation, and phylogenetics.

I have written and/or maintained several open-source software libraries in topological machine learning.

My PhD was on algebraic quantum field theory on curved spacetimes, which is a general and mathematically rigorous approach to quantization on arbitrary spacetimes.
